I found the museum whilst exploring my local area. John have me a personal tour and answered so many questions. There is so much information to take in. It is so good they have the volunteers to help with questions and make it more personal.

The plants are super cool. When you go out the back of the shed you can see the plants take off. It's around $250 to take a flight on one of the war planes and your can enter a raffle for ten bucks to win a flight. The place is run by volunteers and didn't recieve any consistent funding from the government, so $10 entry for an adult and $5 for a child is pretty good to keep history alive.

Thanks for a...

Brilliant place to visit if warplanes and history is in your blood. The Volunteers in attendance were brilliant very friendly and a wealth of knowledge... congrats to them. Now this is not a massive display but what they have is excellent. There is a Huey Chopper where you can sit in the pilots seat, this chopper brought back many memories ... also remember the Pig better known as F1-11 bomber jet that used to light up the Brisbane skies with the after burner you can see inside the cockpit.. So grab the kids and head to the warplane museum. This is run by...

Cannot speak highly enough of this place - went today and we were fortunate enough to have a guided tour with Keith - a lovely bloke who was great with our little fella and knew his stuff - we had interesting facts and anecdotes from Keith about nearly everything in the museum - top that off with the very reasonable admission fee and the assortment of interesting things from Australia's airborne military history - its an absolute gem of a place. Will...

The Everton Park Probus Club enjoyed an outing organised by Rowan King, an informative tour of the Caboolture Warplane and Flight Heritage Museum. The Museum is dedicated to promoting the history of both military and civil aviation. The exhibits we viewed ranged from flying aircraft to static displays and model aircraft and friendly tour guides gave us detailed insights as they guided us around the exhibits.
