Great Ocean Road Tours — Attraction in Melbourne

My friends from India are visiting us and we thought why not do the most touristy thing and book a guided tour. We were 8 of us on the trip and we had the time of our lives. Our tour guide and bus driver, John W, was just beyond amazing, we connected with him from the get go and he was rechristened as John Francis for the day 😅 Spending 12 hours in a bus traveling 550kms is hard but John made it fun, he gave us time to explore the places, talked to us in detail about the sights we were seeing as we drive along the Great Ocean Road. His humour and music was on point, John even took our controversial music requests into account 🤣🤣 ending the day vibing over some AC DC songs. I am glad my friends could experience the true ANZ mateship and dry humor 🤣🤣 Would highly recommend Sightseeing Tours, from booking the tour a day before to getting picked and dropped off safely, everything was smooth, easy and just plain joyful. I would highly recommend people to take these guided tours, adds a whole new perspective even when seeing the same places again. Once again if you have the option of booking with John W, amazing times and laugh riots are guaranteed 😊, it felt like being driven around...

Had an awesome tour with Kel! She was informative and took us to all the best spots. It was a beautiful trip with one of our last stops finding koalas in the wild with no one in sight during holiday. She knew how to work around the traffic to make the best of time for our best experiences during one of the busiest times of the year for Australians. Highly recommend! Book directly as Get your Guide cancelled this and multiple other excursions that we couldn't rebook due to lack of communication from both vendor and Get Your guide. Kel called us to rebook directly instead of allowing others to take our reservation....

Be very careful with booking dates. Can’t comment on the tour itself for reasons below. My trip was cancelled, due admittedly to an error in booking date made. The operator will strictly enforce the contract terms and impose no-show fees as a cancellation penalty and insist that any re-booking is at full price. This is despite them having incurred no to minimal costs upon cancellation. I have also spoken to the operator through the phone and do not expect from them the usual kind, customer service oriented and helpful customer service that Australians are so well known for.
