Park, forest, woodland, what should I call it? I think it is everything. Whatever suits you.

What you find here PEACE ☮️ and your own self. Have you ever lost? Sometimes we need to get lost to find our own self. It’s a nice place to do that 😉

What else there is : Do you love sports, swimming, everything is here.

I know you love your dog and want to spend sometime out with him take him there.

You can go for a walk with friends or family there it’s so peaceful there.

I love watching birds but there’s not many and I am writing it in January so I am nit sure if they come in different months. I find thrushes but I lost them soon it’s a shady walk throughout even the sun is shining bright.

Intense nature everywhere maybe you can feel sometimes that you’re standing in Amazon if you feel don’t forget to take a selfie there, have fun. Enjoy the nature. Beautiful streams and sone art by an unknown artist he/she/ they are making some pretty figures there. I have posted one. If you sad, lonely, feeling low then go there and recharge yourself with...

This park has a wide combination of outdoor activities. There are many hiking trails and picnic areas in a quiet and tranquil environment. Although it has slightly less sports activities to offer than some of the other parks, it is a beautiful place to visit.

The area is surrounded by forested creek ravines and other beautiful pieces of nature. You can explore the trails alone or with company. Either way the natural habitat provides a relaxing experience.

Near the center of the park, there are some sports activities available. The park includes a baseball diamond, playground, Tennis Courts, and an outdoor swimming pool. These activities make it a great park to bring the kids and release some energy.

Finally, Robert Burnaby Park also has an off-leash dog area. The trail that allows off-leash dogs is between other trails seen in the park. All the trails incorporate trees and greenery, making it the perfect area for...

This is one of my favorite parks in this area. It's quite discretely located so does not attract the kind of crowds some other parks do. And I really like the amount of amenities they have here. They have picnic benches, well maintained tennis courts, nice open lawn to play bocce or just picnic, outsoor pool (althought I've never used it), and nature trails (great for trail runners).

The downfalls with this place are that it is close to the hwy so it can get loud when you get close to that end of the park. The park also tends to attract a lot of mosquitoes for some reason.

In my opinion, the benefits outweighs the negatives. I would recommend this park for bbq's, for trail running, to play tennis at or to just go to a park that is relatively quiet and doesn't attract he same crowds as some other well...

It’s a well know secret now that there are mythical creatures hidden in the Robert Burnaby Park. An artis placed these sculptures after COVID outbreaks in 2020. It’s great getaway in the weekend with your kids. What can be more excited than going for a forest adventure and treasure hunt! There are sleeping fairy, dragon, mermaid, humming bird and more! I have attached a map to show where the sculptures are. The trail could be very muddy and please prepare for it! It takes about an hour to explore the loop but It could take more if you got lost in the forest. Luckily the park is in the urban area and there’s cellular signal in the park. You could always use Google map to help you find the way out! I’d suggest you go in pairs or in a group. Bears and coyotes were spotted in this area in the past.

We love this park. It's quiet, somehow feels private and is steps away from trails and the swimming pool. Roberts Park is one of the best we got in S/E Burnaby. It has forest trails, where you can enjoy the nature. The most I love, are the lotuses area and the creeks. There are so many huge fallen trees that add to its magnificent view. A place where you can walk with your children, pets, or with your loved one and still a kiss. It has public areas for picnic, playground and leisure like tennis, swimming pool. We love going to Roberts for snowsliding. I also use this place for training. Best for walks, cardio, uphill/downhill. It's also best for tanning, as it has semi-private and secluded areas. In the same time, its steps away from residences and it has the Highway 1 as the North boundary.
