River View Park — Attraction in Cali

Sunday January 30th was the last day it was in town. Unfortunately it went to another city but it will be back . If you are in town , I would recommend to buy the pass holder . Not the rechargeable card . You will waste more money like that . Take a walk first and do the math in your head , there are attractions that you will deff do twice , so think about that , plus it includes a hotdog and a soda . Can’t beat that . Everything was working except for 1 attraction . It’s ok thought it looked like any other one . You really get dizzy at this place , so take your time , don’t do so many at once cause your tummy will hurt as much as your head . Take your time , there is plenty of seating in the middle we’re the food vendors are . The horror houses are ok ! Not...

We had a great time, we got the "All Access" wrist band for the whole family and made sure we got our money's worth on all the rides. "All Access" the most expensive wristband also got us access to the "Fast Pass" on the attractions.

Only downside is that the lines to buy extra tickets were way too long, I would gladly have paid for some shooting games for the kids if we didn't have to stand in line.

My recommendation to Management, put some of the scary clowns in the box office to increase revenue. "Barriers to sale"...

Buenas noches, quiero contarles mi experiencia en sus atracciones, primero comencemos por infinite pass, creo que para costar tanto, también debería tener más atracciones, ¿cómo es posible que una manilla cueste 39mil para unas 3-4 atracciones? Eso para varias personas con las cuales conviví el día de hoy fue un robo, de paso si me quería montar a otras atracciones tuve que comprar la tarjeta, yo sé que en su página de instagram lo dice, pero me parece una estafa. Ahora hablemos de la atención, la atención es muy pésima, en cuanto los trabajadores de los puestos de alimentos como en los puestos de atracciones, lo atienden con enojo y de mala gana, cuando uno va a reclamar el perro y la gaseosa un desorden, un señor fue firmando las manillas y otro mueve las cosas a su antojo, después se comienzan a colear y un problema, estuve en esa fila 1 hora y media, deverian tener más empleados en los puestos de comida además viene un señor y comienza a decir que vamos a otro punto de comida, sabiendo que la mayoría de personas a estado hay más de 1hora y los que se colaron comieron literalmente gratis y si hacer cola. Me parece que deverian administrar mejor el trabajo, además han quitado muchos juegos y lo han remplazado con cosas que nadie ve, muchos puestos y no hay nada...
