Had to take two staircases from the entrance, but there is a lift, you only have to take it from the restaurant. So that is confusing. Some toys really have history, because they know from who it belonged to, or they place it in context of time reference. So that is nice. They put chairs every few meters to sit. The staff are lovely, the layout given the quirky structure nice and easy to navigate. The place that sits up on a third and possibly forth floor even has a lift to make viewing easy for buggies and the disabled.
