I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Dolphin Encounter at Anthony’s Key, and it was absolutely wonderful! Swimming with the dolphins was truly magical. The experience allows you to interact with these intelligent and gentle creatures up close, and it was a moment I’ll never forget.
The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the experience. They provided interesting facts about the dolphins, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the animals’ well-being.
Although the experience is on the pricier side, I can confidently say that it’s worth every penny. The moments spent swimming and interacting with the dolphins are priceless, and the photos they take are high-quality and definitely worth getting as a keepsake of this unforgettable day.
If you’re looking for a unique and unforgettable experience while in Roatan, I highly recommend visiting Anthony’s Key and swimming with the dolphins. It’s an experience of a lifetime!
What an incredible experience! Our hotel drove us to and from the Dolphin Encounter, and made all the reservations and payments on our behalf. When we got there we just had to wait for our turn to go to the key. The experience was great, the dolphins were well trained and very friendly. They do not let you bring your own cameras until after the entire experience is completed and they take their own photos to sell to you, but you can still get some great photos! I cannot recommend it enough! One recommendation is to bring some sort of water shoe, because the beach is a bit rocky when you get in and out of the water.
Great experience. Photo situation is a different matter. Difficult to get close enough for great photos but their photographer is allowed much better access to get good photos. Paid a bunch of money to get photos but instead of receiving photos, you are sent an email the next day with a link to an invitation to set up a Dropbox account and installing the Dropbox app on your phone is required. Convoluted, yes. Do I have my photos 4 months later, nope. Will I install Dropbox or any app on my phone, no. Thanks for nothing.
