The Kingdom of Joy — Attraction in Chhattisgarh

Although it’s a huge place and ample space to host a lot of people. But I have following feedback-

1. Rules regarding adults accompanying kids- For most of the rides like dashing cars it’s written that Adults must accompany kids, but then they charges for both adult & kids. What a joke. When I discussed the issue they said cannot help. I showed their rules written on the same, still they insisted that we pay for both. Also the dashing cars is only for 3 mins. So I paid 240 for 3 mins for both me and my kid. 😁
2. For trampoline they don’t allow adults to accompany kids, they charge 500 bucks, still you cannot accompany your kid🤦🏻. Same issue was faced by me for Puno, see what happened, they closed.
3. For the VR Game, they said it’s 3 mins, whereas by the time the VR system got set and enabled, 1 mins was over. My niece got hardly 2 mins to play. Hope these guys don’t end up closing like other places. Their ambience etc is good, no doubt, but they need to be accommodating, then only they will see more footfalls I think. Great experience visiting here, enjoyed the Go karting, Trampoline and VR zone, but all the fun went into vain when we went to food zone, the quality of Food was just average and overly priced, and to add above all this, they are selling items More than the MRP, and when I asked them why is it so, they said, ' MRP is 35 but we sell it for 40 and price is set to 40 in our system as well because not everyone gives us change(5Rs), and then accepting the money via UPI and giving excuses of change and arguing with customer. It's your responsibility to have change to return to the customer. Really Pathetic and arogant behaviour by the Cafeteria person,This ruined my experience.

I would recommend people to visit this place for all the activities, staff was very friendly and helpful, but Don't Go to their Cafeteria, if you even go, just check for the price in the bill. See for the attached image of bill where they were charging 40 for can of sting, which...

I had an incredible time at Kingdom of Joy! This place truly lives up to its name — it’s a paradise for gamers and fun lovers of all ages.
