Be aware of the shop keepers in temple....we have reached one hour earlier their but no one informed us that pooja will be start later instead of they sell the pooja items...u can also face this issues

hamne veg aur nonveg order kia tha ,meine veg order kia tha plain naan aur punjabi paneer masala aur mere partner ne biryani ,aur leg piece itne smell ho rahe the aur bahot kharap taste ,sadha hua smell aa raha tha chicken mein se hamne waiter ko v bola usne koi response nahi kia ,ham log ghumne jate hain khane k liye rukte hain tumhare yahan toh hamara v expectations hai ki tumlog acha khana serve karo yesa wahiyat khana kese de sakte ho customer ko , ham log bahot gussa hain us resturant ko aur suggest karenge ki aap log mat jao aur jao toh thoda dekh k jana 😡😡😡

This is representative temple for Goddess Metakani on the Sambalpur-Sonepur road. The unstinted faith of the devotees who miss out to visit the original Metakani temple in the jungle take the opportunity to have a glimpse of the Goddess on the highway. Frequented by more than thousand people everyday, who offer their prayers to the Goddess.

Please note, the temple is placed on the road from Sambalpur to Birmaharajpur in Sonepur...
