Mollabashi Historical House — Attraction in Isfahan

Very beautiful and interesting...! The antiquity of Motamedi House, also known as Malabashi House, dates back to the Safavid, Zandi and Qajar eras; During the reign of Zol-e-Sultan, this house and its alley were bought by Malabashi, the astronomer of Nasser al-Din Shah, and Malabashi, who was a virtuous and learned jurist, used his house as a cultural-religious place. When Mullah Bashi bought this house, the house was not as beautiful and big as it is today, and it had only two or five doors and a winter residence; But it had a good position in the city and was only a few steps away from the house of the elders of that time, such as Malik al-Tajjar. Malabashi made changes in the house and added a royal living room and a 9-door room to the house, which is considered to be the most beautiful and attractive part of the house today. In general, Malabashi House has four general parts, the outer courtyard, the summer residence, the inner courtyard, and the royal residence, each of which takes you to the heart of Qajar history with its stunning and attractive architecture. The design of this beautiful house is inspired by the architecture of the Qajar period, and in a part of it, elements of Zandieh's art are quite evident. The house has two floors and a courtyard, two study rooms and three separate entrances, and in the west of the courtyard there is an independent space for cleaning and accepting clients. In Malabashi's house, you see an Ersi with nine doors, at the top of which stands a beautifully painted wooden congress. The colored glass of this door creates an imaginative space inside the house when the sun shines, and the moment you sit in it and relax in that space refreshes your soul. By stepping into Motamedi's house, you will be immersed in the beauty of Iranian art and architecture, and your soul will be filled with peace. The Mollabashi House or known as the Motamedi House (acquired by the Motamedi family in the past decade) is a historical residence that includes works from the era of Safavid, Zand, and Qajar.

Although the exterior and the patio are not surprising, but when entering the corridor to go inside the house, people are fascinated by the attractive decoration and architecture. Each of the rooms in the Mollabashi mansion has a specific and perfect decoration. The paintings, stained glass, mirrored walls, and writings demonstrate the architectural differences of the Qajar and Safavid eras.

The Motamedi family dedicated more than 7 years to the restoration of the Mollabashi mansion to offer it to visitors.

Mollabashi House was one of the houses that survived the massive destruction during the rule of Zelol Sultan, the son of Naser al-din shah one of the kings of the Qajar dynasty in Isfahan.

The Mollabashi house was acquired by the famous astronomer named Mollabashi who dedicated a great job to this house.

It was truly beautiful, the interior decoration of three house is so lavish it reminded me of Golestan Palace in Tehran.

اینجا چند شب اقامت داشتم و با توجه به هزینه بالایی که بابت اقامت پرداخت کردیم اصلا راضی نبودم. خود اقامتگاه درسته که خانه تاریخی است و بازسازی شده ولی کاملا مشخصه که خواسته اند سریع یه دستی بهش بکشن تا بتوانند ازش درآمد زایی داشته باشند. وقتی لحظه اول وارد اتاق شدم اولین چیزی که توجه ام رو جلب کرد رنگ های زشت و آشفته ای بود که روی گچ بری ها و آینه ها زده بودند. انگار قلم مو رو دست بچه دو ساله داده بودند. همه قاطی و رنگ تو رنگ بود. هیچ زیبایی از نزدیک نداشت. شیشه های رنگی پنجره های چوبی رو برای اینکه تکان نخورند با دستمال کاغذی مهار کرده بودند و این ها در عکس ها اصلا مشخص نیست و باید از نزدیک دید. برچسبی که رو قاب تلویزیون نو در جعبه اش میزنند که خط و خش نیوفته، نکنده بودند و با بی سلیقگی تمام، با چسب نواری پهن روی صفحه تلویزیون محکم کرده بودند!!!. سیف باکس با اینکه دیجیتال بود باتری نداشت و باز و بسته کردن آن با دو سوییچ، همزمان باید انجام میشد که این خود یک داستان پیچیده داشت. قسمت اتاق شاه نشین که برای بازدید عموم باز گذاشته بودند کثیف بود و به شدت بوی چرک، نم و جوراب میداد. خود این بازدید برای عموم باعث ایجاد سرو صدای زیادی در اقامتگاه بود و لحظه ای آرامش نداشتیم. سیستم گرمایش و سرمایش فن کوئل بود و ترموستات اون ایراد داشت و قابل تنظیم برای دمای مناسب و یکنواخت نبود. کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده مانند مسافرخانه یک ستاره بود. توصیه میکنم اگه می خواهید در این جا اقامت داشته باشید حتما با خودتان ملافه و پتو بیارید چون هم رو تشکی و هم کاور پتو و کاور بالشت ها کثیف، چرب و پر از مو بود. کاملا مشخص بود که هر چند وقت یک بار شسته می شوند. یک دست رخت خواب جداگانه هم گذاشته بودند که اون هم ملافه های کثیف داشت. ابعاد تخت دونفره ۱۴۰ بود و خیلی کوچک بود. یک تخت اضافه در اتاق اصلی بود که با یک پارچه جاجیم پوشیده شده بود. به قدری این جاجیم کثیف و چرک بود که هیچ تمایلی به نشستن روی آن نداشتیم. پرسنل، رفتار و برخورد کاملا غیر حرفه ای داشتند و خیلی خشک و سرد برخورد میکردند. اصلا رغبت به پرسش و یا هم کلامی نداشتیم. مشخص بود که اصول اولیه هتل داری را نیاموخته بودند. کیفیت صبحانه متوسط بود. نظافت اتاق ها خیلی بد بود. به علت داشتن پله های خیلی بلند و پیچ در پیچ، دسترسی به اتاق خیلی سخت بود و اگر کمر درد یا سالمند دارید هرگز توصیه نمیکنم. اقامتگاه اصلا پارکینگ نداشت و چون در منطقه شلوغی قرار گرفته برای پیدا کردن جای پارک خیلی دردسر کشیدیم . اگه شانس بیارید ممکنه یک در هزار جای پارک در کوچه پیدا کنید. یک شب گذاشتم و صبح متاسفانه همسایه ها روی در ماشین خط کشیده بودند و ... در کل باید بگم...
