Incredibly satisfied with my visit. The exhibition itself isn't huge, but extends much farther to the back than I'd assumed. It was nice and quiet, which provided a good atmosphere to read and digest everything around. Great writing, too; each exhibit description translated to both English and German, painting quite the graphic image of how the torture devices were used, as well as providing a decent chunk of context behind each of them. The Museo Della Tortura De Montepulciano is a must see on a visit to Montepulciano. The entry makes it seem like a small place but the museum extends far into the back.
