Shofuku-ji Temple — Attraction in Shirahama

Very well maintained temple. The stairs are good for excersise. When you get to the top it is very peaceful and relaxing. We did not know this was here. We have been staying in Minshuku Inn Shirahama Ekinoyado. We were only there when it was dark. We walked to Lawsons a few times. Today was the first day we walked there in day time as we were going to get some food for the trip back to Osaka. We found this Temple by chance. Very glad we found this. 非常に綺麗に整備された寺院です。山頂の高台に立地する事もあり、見晴らしも大変良かったです。 庭園も綺麗に整備され、本堂からの景色や中庭の景気にいたるまで、とても手入れが行き届いていました。 交通アクセスも、自動車を利用すれば山頂の本堂近くまで行けて駐車場も、ちゃんと整備され綺麗に駐車出来ます。
