Donhu Jurassic Garden — Attraction in Johor

Our children were fascinated with the giant figurines of the dinosaurs which look so real. Entrance is free, you can walk in a park full of the different dinosaurs; t-rex, spinosaurus, triceratops and so much more. As they are outdoors, some of the 'dinosaurs' are worn up and torn. Perhaps can enclosed them so that people wont be able to destroy them. Or put up signages to remind people to be gentle with them. We came after the rain and there were puddle of water. However, there were still quite a number of visitors with children.

Inside are rides similar to those at funfairs. Quite pricey though rm10 per ride. There are more than 5 different rides there. Which can be quite pricey for locals. Perhaps can have a minimal entrance fees to help fund up the place. On top of that maybe can offer photography services for families and put up in park's personalized frame. Can also put up names of dinosaurs to educate visitors of the name of the different dinosaurs and maybe some fun facts of dinosaurs.

Also available is a shop that sells some novelty items like umbrella, cups, shirts etc , frozen muar otah2. And a small stall that sells noodles etc. I was hoping to have some cooked otah but they dont 😅

A very bad place to visit. Staffs are not friendly, they would not entertain any of your questions, the owner is especially rude. Most importantly, the place is not well maintained. There are way too many Aedes mosquitoes, stagnant pools there have become their breeding place. Dangerous maintenance materials and tools are left unattended. Staffs are not even monitoring the place, you can basically trespass any of the rides, rooms or spaces there. Rubbish all over the place, dried leaves and branches. And also, the walkways are very rocky, my friend almost trip down and injured herself.

TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS PLACE. THIS SO CALLED JURASSIC PARK IS DYING AND GOING TO EXTINCT LIKE THE...

For a little kid this place is good enough to make their day, they have a few rides and enough dinos replicas to cheer my toddlers and made their day.. But as an adult, the park is such a letdown. Unless you are already in the way of the park, it wasnt worth it to visit the place.. Though the place looks like it have alot of potential. With good plan,maybe in a year or two it can be open as a good attraction site in johor.. All in all, it actually a fun place for kids..it just need some (alot) of renovation .. my kids are happy there, thus the 3stars.. And in a year or two we will surely visit again if we happen to be in the area.. I sincerely hope the place will turn into a very nice local...
