The water slides were fun but the slides area were dirty of fallen leafs. They had 4 different slides. The wave pool was okay. But the lifeguard was a jerk. We were having fun with the Moonson wave and in the middle of it he turned it off and switch it with a normal wave. And they had the tsunami wave which felt just like a normal wave. So again, I think the lifeguard just do whatever he wants regardless the wave schedule. Everything there you have to rent starting from tube, towel, locker, cabana. They use e-money so you have to deposit some before entering. Food was okay. But the hygiene is a no no. How come the cook is clipping her nail in the kitchen area? They have an adult relaxing pool, but it was in the middle of kids pool area? Weird. No adult relaxing time. We went to the "safari" as well which turned out to be a zoo. All the primates were in sad condition and locked up. They had 2 or more of each the animals except for the elephant, zebra, ostrich, hyena, lion, tiger. I supposed because it's expensive to bring them there. All the animals looking very skinny and living in such a poor condition. They all locked up in cell. And then there is this Award winning lion restaurant that didn't keep up with the reputation. This restaurant is horrible, the waitress didn't seem happy we came on time at the opening hour, the hall was hot and we we asked them to turn on the fan she replied synically that they have just opened. the menu was incomplete and not much options. So we left because we didn't feel like they wanted to serve us at all. This place is a long way from providing good service both the water park...
Read moreIt was an okay experience for all of us. I don't really like the experience coming here this time. It was different from when we came before. We booked one hut in Penguin Island, when we arrived at the hut, there were people's belongings in the hut that we booked. Turned out there were people who came and simply stayed at any vacant hut WITHOUT PAYING for it. My mother-in-law complained of unpleasant smell in the hut that we booked. I SAW WITH MY TWO EYES, A WOMAN BRINGING HER CHILD TO PEE BESIDE THE HUT NEXT TO OURS, 5 minutes prior to my MIL's complaint. I mean who asked their kids to pee besides the huts? There are toilets all over for goodness sake! What's more shocking was I saw the same woman, this time she brought her kid to pee beside another hut. There was no reinforcement as there was no staffs on the lookout. Taking over other people's booked place is another thing, teaching a kid that it's okay to pee at other places than toilets is the worst thing I saw today. Maintenance are not done properly. My brother in law was scratched when he got onto the carpet ride because the carpet was torn. Even my kids was scratched a bit even though they didn't go on many rides. I'll add on anything that comes to my...
