Mundo Divertido — Attraction in Baja California

I'm upset because the person who sells the tickets for the rides outside told us we could pay about 250 pesos each person for unlimited rides for an hour. What they failed to tell us was that my 5 year old who was just under 48inches (who we mainly wanted to have go on rides) was not tall enough. 9 out of 11 rides my son could not go on. Even the most kiddie rides he was not tall enough for. We could only go on the train and water boats, no go karts, bumper cars, roller coaster, or even the mini catiplliar ride which is designed for kids. Apparantly I was not the only one because another lady experienced the same thing! I am posting this in Hope's of informing other parents and to encourage the business to have a better practice on their business. We were not allowed a refund and were told its "our responsibility" to know the height requirements for the rides before buying the tickets! Terrible customer service and management! Inside games were fun, however a lot of the machines were broken and didnt work properly. It's super expensive to play the games as well. Mini golf is one of the upsides...

Actualización: Muchos juegos siguen en la decadencia, asistimos porque es de los pocos lugares en la ciudad donde los niños pequeños desean ir. Pero hay muchos juegos que no sirven y muchos otros que aparentemente sirven te comen las monedas (y muy económicas no son), sin embargo al comentarlo con los chicos de chaleco te regresan las monedas pero imagino que no todos Hablan para decir que les comieron monedas.

Los carritos go karts parecen unos “alterados” 🤭 ya que unos avanzan mas rápido que otros, si te pones atento en lo que esperas a cual va más rápido y tienes oportunidad de elegir ya tienes ventaja.

El de los payasos 🤡 ya están todos chimuelos sin dientes 😆

El aspecto del lugar es el mismo de hace años, no se han renovado en nada

Los empleados son puros jovencillos que cuchichean de ti “a tus espaldas” (entre comillas porque nosotros de todos nos damos cuenta 😆)

No aceptan tarjetas, solo efectivo, vete preparado.

En decadencia. Precios caros en relación a lo que ofrecen. El chavo que atendía se le desborda en la cara que no quiere trabajar ahí, nunca cruzó NINGUNA palabra en la compra, ni Hola ni Cuantos ni NADA. De reacción extraña para estar en venta. Falta mantenimiento. Falta que se actualicen. Muchos juegos y máquinas no funcionan. Recuerdo cuando el tren tenía luz negra en el tunel, ahora solo todo oscuro y se movía feo. My kids love it, but I think It's a little expensive because a 1hr bracelet costs around 180 pesos; I feel it's only worth it when you hire a birthday package because you get 3hr bracelet passes. If your child does not meet the minimum height an adult can get on the attraction with them, like to the go carts and the electric crash cars, I do have to admit it is pretty fun to drive the crash cars.
