Worst customer service ever by the person at the ticket counter. After my wife paid the ticket she forgot it at the counter and once arrived to the entrance she was fairly told by the guard that in order to enter the park she will need to have the ticket with her but the worse part was when she went back to the counter and asked for the ticket she left, where she got a very rude reply from the employee who told her that they probably threw it away and she should search the tickets by herself in the dustbin. Luckily after a long discussion with the help of the guard she was able to enter the park but if it was for the lady at the counter she would have been shamed even more and stayed the whole day discussing at the counter. Such kind of service and attitude are unacceptable in a "Fun Park" where people pay and go to have fun but the day is ruined by the person stressed at work. Read moreI recently visited James Park with my family and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Despite paying the entry fee, we encountered significant issues with the services provided.
We paid 100 Rs per person for entry, and an additional 250 Rs for the children to access the games. However, when we tried to enjoy the games, there was no staff member present to operate them. After waiting for 20 minutes, we had to request assistance from a staff member who was notably unresponsive and unprofessional.
As paying customers, we expect a certain level of service and respect. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer care at a family-friendly establishment like James Park.
I urge the management to address these issues promptly to ensure that future visitors do not encounter similar disappointments. Until improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend James...
