As expected it displays detailed information on the history of diamonds from around the world, shows the different ways diamonds are used (other than jewelery) and has plenty of audio and video options. There's also a section which tells you about diamond heists and movies based on them. So the place captures a lot of stuff on the matter.
The 'diamonds' and other displays housed here are replicas of the original pieces, so don't hope to see the real deal. Although there is information on where the real pieces are displayed, so you may make alternate plans after having read up over here.

The exhibits are mostly replicas, and are dusty and not particularly well-kept. The decor, exhibition videos, etc. are all horribly dated-- many of them don't seem to have been updated in 20+ years (many of the exhibits would say things like "as of 2001..." or "as of 2004...") and it's very small.
