Very nice trail through the middle of the jungle. The path is easy to find but you should be aware that you hike literally inside the jungle and without data service. But there a signs giving you a feeling of distance and that you are walking right. We took the path till the Mirador and then headed back. It took us about 4 hours. The last bit up the Mirador is very tough and you'll need to be fit as it takes you around 45 minutes more or less very steep uphill. I really liked the trail itself, however the view from the Mirador isn't THAT stunning. If you like hiking you should do the...

One of the most popular Hiking trail in Boquete area, we did it in rain season (AUGUST) and we where just by our own the complete morning. Also we had to plan a scheduled return for avoiding the rain storm and when reaching the Mirador we only where able to see foog. Nevertheless, the trail itself through ghe jungle is espectacular, the last big ramp until the mirador only for sporty people! 40 min up monster steps through the jungle hill! Whe just heard them from the distance but if you are lucky you can see the Howlers and...

Absolutely amazing trail trough the jungle including bridges, crossing a river and hiking up the "Mirador"! U don't need a guide, only if you want to see special birds and other animals. I recommend starting really early from boquete and hiking up to the Mirador. Don't trust the distances on the signs! 😂 We returned from the viewing point to the ranger station in boquete and saved us the long trip in the bus from Cerro punta to David. This version of the hike takes you around 5h. But it's...
