The villas seems run-down very old even. And the water at the pool is dirty the first time we swam there me and my friends got rashes. But we gave the resort a second chance but this time we found our self swimming with a rat at the lazy river so we won't be swimming here soon. And as for the reception very un efficient. I don't even know if they know what they are doing seems like they are new. They are STRUGGLING to do their best. The this girl with broad shoulder walks by every few seconds look at them menacingly I think she is the supervisor but actually she is just walking around and intimidating/distracting them. And then we started complaining ask to speak to the manager they said the manager isn't around seriously? Front office manager isn't around at the time of check in? And then we spoke to Benjie I don't even think the guy is trained to be a FOM he can't do anything to most of our concern and you can see in his actions he is some arrogant and boastful. They really need to renovate the whole resort even the staff. With all of that bad experience Vina was helpful upon checking in.
