Went there last Sunday , arrived 5:30AM Jan 28, 2024, no fees, no guards but no lights too, super dark, several cracks on the pavement, the metal edge on one of the curbs are just hanging there. Some kid had the nerve to mountain bike inside a skate park. Mountain bikes are called that because they are for mountains. Read moreGood little park with lots of shade, but we got there and it was covered in nuts/dirt/leaves/wet patches and was borderline un-skateable. It has been raining all week though so hopefully this isn't the norm. This was a shame for us as we didn't have a broom or anything. We were then told that the park was actually closed and we weren't allowed to skate it as a property was going to be developed. Sad, enjoy it...
Read moreThe park is OK, some cracks here and there. But the reason I'm giving it one star is because you need to pay to use it, and the cashier doesn't start work until 11am. So if you were hoping to get a morning session in before the sun is at it's strongest, don't get your hopes up. Although I think the skatepark should be free because Ayala doesn't need the money, I'd happily pay to use it...
