BOUNCE Portugal — Attraction in Oeiras

Visited for my daughter's birthday with her friends. Booked and attended many Bounce parties in Australia before we moved to Portugal. Good concept, but needs to improve here. The party helpers were great and friendly (Bernardo and his colleague) but the admin staff were not very helpful or efficient. Did not have a good experience with Joel Quinta (very pushy and impatient) but Joao in bookings was very good. Some issues: . Harassed and forced to make payments during the party. Very slow process. Almost missed the singing and cake cutting. . Didn't check party guests efficiently as they arrived and we paid for some extra brothers and sisters. Didn't know which guests had paid for their other children. This was never a problem in Australia. We paid an extra €66 because of this. . My daughter fell and hurt her arm. We asked for ice for her arm many times but nothing was provided by the kitchen. . Inadequate plates and serving spoons for cake etc during party

Got there to a birthday party for the kids. The good, big place to jump around, looks secure and with rules. The bad, no Air conditioned just a few power blowers but not enough for the place and outside temperature around 35º. Was really hot inside. My friend told me the prices and some things don't make sense. You are only allowed to use their socks witch you have to purchase and is not included in the price. They also have a rule, if you don't buy their birthday cake you still have to pay 10€ regarding the use of their utensils.... really??? Did I said it...

Took my kids for a clean healthy surprise, and got my self surprises. The place is an enormous reconverted warehouse, covered with elastic beds. Children with less than 110 cm and more than 3 years pay 10€ Children with more than 110 cm pay 12€. Bounce Inc requires that you wear anti-slipping socks, that they sell for 2€. You can keep them and re-use them

I choose to take the first schedule (10:00 AM) and it is a good decision as the place quickly becomes packed. Great for parties and general goofing!
