Chocolat Salon — Attraction in Bucharest

Today 10/10/2024 I book to do my hair because I found the saloon on google and seem to be good, I checked the prices on website so I could program myself. But when I finish the service I got surprise with the price, so I ask to call the hairdresser and she insist to say that my hair is Long. But if you see in picture is not long, I was expecting medium, but then I saw they have “medium long” which I would be happy to pay for it. So my advice is if you going there and are expecting a honest price according to the website make sure BEFORE you do your hair and align your expectations. Not to say that my haircut it wasn’t what I ask, but I let it go, the lady who did my hair seem nice! Her work it was okay! Stumbled upon this salon a few years ago, with ruined hair (dyeing at home, keratin treatment at home, unflattering haircut, etc), low self esteem and at an overall low point in life. 2 sessions later i was a completely new improved version of me. I wholeheartedly recommend their services, especially those of Stela (for the hairstyling part ❤️) and Maria (beautician❤️). I learned about the right way of using the keratin treatments, dyes, hair types, skin care, product brands that won't eat your wallet, dos and donts that you can't learn about on the internet or from own client experience, but from actual practice. Complet dezamagita! Am avut sâmbătă nunta și am avut programate de dimineața la salonul acesta. Am fost împreuna cu mama mea pe care a tuns/o și a aranjat-o o domnisoara pe nume Stela. O adevarata ptofesionista. Eu in schimb am avut parte de un șoc. După spălare, doamna coafeza ( blonda cu rădăcinile crescute, creată) m-a uscat și m-a întrebat cam ce vreau. Eu ii zic un coc de mireasa, simplu ( am arătat și poza) și dansa îmi Răspunde ca da, nicio problema, e ușor de făcut. Ei bine, am stat pe scaunul ăla 3 ore și nu i-a ieșit cocul. Bă ca e parul meu nesuferit, bă ca am bărbia ascută și nu prea merge coc, bă ca m-a dat deja cu fixativ, offfff... la un moment dat, s-a enervat și m-a întrebat dacă vreau altceva. Eu ii zic ca ma grăbesc și sa facă ceva sa pot sa îmi așez și voalul. Parul fiind deja umplut de fixativ, normal ca nu a mai mers sa ma facă altfel și a-a gândit ea sa îmi facă o împletitura (gen aia de ți-o faci singura in 2 minute dimineața) și sa ma mai dea cu o tona de fixativ. Arata groaznic! M-am întors acasă și am început sa plâng. O prietena m-a aranjat câtuși pe puțin, dar așa dezastru, in special in ziua nunții, nu a mai văzut vreodată. Un adevărat coșmar!
