MADCAP Abu Dhabi — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

This is the 2nd party in less than a year that my sons attended. To say the comparison between visits was huge is not an understatement. Previously I was not wowed this time ever more so. The only advantage with the most recent visit was that it wasn’t busy and we had no issue of bullying. Previous visit May2022 Parents were allowed in the party room to wait for children to come back Vs February 2023 Parent not allowed to set up the room before party and told they can wait outside till X time when the children enter Food arrived hot and was eaten vs food was stone cold and not really eaten by the children Customer service staff were happy vs “this is the new policy from 18mths ago” Children had fun - this is the main reason for the stars unfortunately experience is everything Bullying, children being pushed, children being hit, nannies just standing too scared to speak up vs. Not busy so no issues with other children

Wouldn’t advise having a party here

Edited to add: I spoke to the staff whom were not very helpful and kept saying this changed etc I asked for a manager and was told no one available.

When the bullying happened and I reported it I was told its busy and these children are here without parents and are with the nannies we can't do anything.

As for things changing etc - I don't agree I have been to many parties in different locations and the set up you have now is not that great and worse.

As mentioned by the person there were tables for the party parents upstairs - the 2 tables were given to the other party that eas happening = yes 1 party 2 tables

Its first experience to us as family in this place where it has miserable. First: the reception not providing full explanation about the experience only ask us to sign the terms and the waiver. More to that, not give us the socks which is included in the prices. She was like someone who is running out of time to close the cashier one hour before the actual closing time of the area as well as the staff are busy completing the closing list. Second: the staff overall not friendly with kids as the kinds should be dealt specifically. But unfortunately staff overhere very strictly. My kids not use to this way and we think to keep them alone overhere but thanks God we stay with them. Third: as this are is kids area, the music style should be kids style not love or adulte music while even not turn it off during the prayer calling (Athan) which not respecting Islam. Thirdly: the stayle of this park not will explain to us where it was plann for this even the kids couldn't understand the stle of this challenge. Fourthly: no safety check at the closing time end of the day. Fifthly: as usual the cleaning of the area should be before closing time and at the beginning of the day.
