For the second time in a row, I received a preowned game that did not work. I called the store and Nick told me he could get me a new verison or go to another location to get it instantly. I called the other store and they actually did not have it, so I decided to visit the location I ordered it from and see Nick. When I got there Nick was not free and I spoke with Anthony who then ordered another preowned copy which is something I didn't want again! He then told that I could not cancel the ordered and suggested I wait another 3 days then bring it back to the store! How inconvenient!! He then proceeded to tell me that I could buy the legacy version for $60 more dollars!! I had to argue with him for 5 mins before he decided to call the shipping department and cancel the order. Look I understand things happen and not all preowned games work, but this situation was handle so unprofessionally and I felt like he did not care about my concerns at all. Needlessly to say I am never going to buy at gamestop again with the fear that I will ever have to see him and endure another horrible customer service experience! I'd give this negative -5 five...

I realize GameStop is known for their lowballing but 60 bucks for a PS4 when theyāre turning it around and selling it for 170 dollars is ridiculous. Not to mention the lack of problem solving skills of the employees I was sitting in line for around an hour when there were only 2 people in the store there was a problem with their computer causing problems with the trade in area which is the only place in the store to trade in a console. We recommended to the employee that we she should try our console on the computer rather than the guy that had been trying to fix his clearly broken console at the computer they completely ignored our request so they decided to spend even more time trying to fix the most there customers console. By the time they had just completed given up on trying to fix the other customers console we finally got to the counter where they proceeded to say we didnāt have all the cords we needed even though those cords donāt even come with a ps4 when your buying it new so all that time spent for absolutely no reward.
