Do. Not. Go. Here. Go to Rifle Instead. I had the worst movie experience of my life, thanks to the manager, Glen, who is the most unprofessional manager I've met to date. On top of that, his assistant manager Steve Santoyo is very rude. Went to see Spiderman. The girl, Marlo, at the front scanned our tickets on our phone but did not print them out or give us a seat number. Since we did not have a seat number and were the first ones there, we sat in random seats (not knowing there were seat assignments). Next thing you know, 20 minutes into the movie, we were scolded at by the assistant manager to "get up and follow him.” When we asked why, he proceeded to scream at us more. He said we were sitting in someone else's seats. We told him we were never given seat assignments and therefore had no idea where to sit. He then proceeded to scold us like children when the problem resulted from the incompetence of the workers. When I called about a refund due to this experience, the manager, Glen said he would get back to me. 5 days went by with no word, so I called again, to which he said "there's nothing I can do,” and proceeded to tell me that he believed the side of the story that the employees forged to secure their jobs. I have been going to this movie theater for 10+ years and have never had an experience so humiliating. The manager Glen needs a new job where he doesn't have to interact with people. And the assistant manager Steve Santoyo needs an anger management check. Very disappointing when I've been a loyal customer to their cinema for so long. And to be yelled at and mocked by the employees was awful. I will have a hard time going here again. The assistant is already being fired but Glen Williams the Manager needs...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Bow Tie Cinemas, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The theater consistently plays the latest and greatest movies, and the showtimes are always convenient for my schedule. What's even better is that the prices are very reasonable, making it accessible for frequent visits.
The location is fantastic, and the theater is easy to find. But what really stood out to me were the comfortable seats - they truly make for a great movie-watching experience. It's clear that Bow Tie Cinemas values its customers' comfort and enjoyment.
But the amenities don't stop there - there is a great variety of snacks and drinks to choose from.
I've visited Bow Tie Cinemas several times now with my friends, and we always have a great time. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall experience is fantastic. I can't recommend this theater enough - if you're looking for a fun and comfortable place to watch a movie, Bow Tie Cinemas is the...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming here for years and I cannot believe how it has gone down in just the last few months. It seems they got new management (if you can call it that) and they are not doing as well as the last one. The general manager who was there last year who had a long braid and glasses (don't remember his name) was a great guy. He always tried to make the movie going experience great for everyone. Now they have people who don't give a flip and the place has gone downhill. The staff used to wear matching nice shirts and now they just wear what they want and sometimes look homeless. The asst mgr lady is rude and looks completely in over her head. I don't even know if they have a general manager anymore but they sure do need someone who cares. I will not be going back for a long time. The place is not clean, I have smelled burnt popcorn on several occasions lately and the staff acts like they don't even work there. Sad state. Try somewhere...
