Probably one of the worst experiences of my life!!!! First me and my friends decided to order tickets online so we could make sure we would get seats together. We ordered them one by one with our credit/debit cards. I was last to go and right before I attempted the whole site like crashed and when I got back on to the site it wouldn’t let me get the tickets. We attempted to get the tickets of like 5 different devices, many different cards and several different WiFi networks. So I decided to call the theater. I was on hold for approximately 25 minutes most likely due to the site crashing or incompetent employees. But finally I got in touch with someone. This lady had the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. First I told her that I couldn’t get any tickets because the site crashed and she totally denied it. Then I asked if I could just buy a seat over the phone an that it was right between me and my friends and she said no we don’t do over the phone sales. Then I asked if I could just save the one seat because my friends were all around and it won’t let me do it online and she said sure and then she ended the call. I look back on the website and figure out that the seat was purchased less then a minute ago. So I call the worker back and said “umm did you save my seat and she goes no someone else just bought it and i asked my manager and we are not allowed to save seats.” At this point I asked if my friends could get a refund and she said no and then I asked if I could speak to a manager and she had the audacity to say she’s busy and hang up. So we decided I would just try to buy a seat their and just ask if we could switch spots with the person who was in between all of our seat. So we drove to the theater. It took us approximately 20 minutes driving around to find a spot but finally we found one and walked over to the theater. To our surprise the door were all locked. It was 10:10 and our movie started at 10 we were not worried because their usually is 20 minutes of previews anyway. So after like a few minutes of standing their one of the many employees who was just sitting on her phone inside opened up the door and said “what do you want” and my friend said umm was just want to see the movie we got tickets for. And she goes well I don’t think they are going to let you in cus the don’t let you in any later then 15 minutes late. Then I said well it’s 10:14 and we got to the door at exactly 10:10 and she said well their is nothing we can do. She wasn’t going to let us in that movie or let me buy a ticket. And after over 10 minutes of asking for our money back and calling our parents and having them call the the theater. They gave my 3 friends vouchers to see a different movie. However their is a lot of restrictions on what we can see, where we can see it and when the voucher expires. We accepted the vatures and then one of my friends asked what times Venom the movie we were supposed to be seeing is playing tomorrow. And one of the workers with a huge attitude goes “all the movie times are online we don’t have time for this” and we just stormed out. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT I PROMISE!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST...
Read moreOn August 8, 2023 10:00 PM, me and a few friends went to see the movie “talk to me”. We were in theater 6 and we purchased seats F1, F2 and F3. At the very start of the movie, me and my friends were about to recline back. We noticed that only seat, F1 reclined, and me and my friend (sitting in F2 to an F3). We didn’t waste any time, I went directly to the front desk to see if someone can fix the seat. Mind you we chose the back row because we like to sit in the very last row. The worker who wasn’t the manager was really nice, he tried to fix it and make sure the seats were plugged. It did not work. He asked if I could come to the front desk to see if we can get the manager for a refund for seats F2 and F3. I went alone with him to the counter, as the movie was already playing. So at this point, I am missing the first few minutes of the movie.
He went to the manager to see what they can do, and all the managers said was, “they can move their seats because the theater still had empty chairs left”. I then said we like the back row and seats we chose. And to my understanding, both managers on duty, said the same. Told us to just move our seats, and no refund would be processed because they have extra seats available.
I work for a company that is very high and customer service. We don’t take refunds as a personal bash on our ego. When we know that something isn’t working and it is clearly on us, and the customer wants a refund, then, so be it.
I just proceeded to say, forget it. went back to my seat, and set up the whole movie. Which was very annoying.
But for a manager to not want to refund 2 tickets (or at least 2 credits for that theater) that were purchased on a discounted Tuesday, which at most, would have been $16 combined, is ridiculous.
Aside from the associate, that wasn’t the manager, that did try to help. The rest of the experience...

I have frequented this location for years and have generally had a good experience, BUT when the police are called to clear out the whole building because of 100+ unsupervised teenagers who just want to cause chaos, enough is enough.
Crowds of 10-20 would come running into the theater, followed by security guards, hide in empty seats, and then run away back into the hallway. At one point, security stopped the movie, and turned the lights on to clear out some who had been especially disruptive. This should have been our queue to leave.
When my wife and I finally got fed up and tried to leave, we were met with a mob of teenagers just outside our theater door running around, fighting and yelling. This was around 50 teenagers who we were forced to push our way through. We made it to the front of the theater just in time to see multiple police entering into the building (thank you BPD for putting some order to this situation). Absolute, pure mayhem. The police cleared every single theater and forced the building to shut down for the night.
The back door to this building poses a serious security risk as it’s unmonitored and allows un-ticketed people to get in. The number of people in the hallways and foyer alone would have greatly exceeded the seating capacity of the theater, let alone adding the paying customers already in their seats to the mix.
The management of this location needs to seriously reconsider its policies. Thank you for helping me realize that I don’t want to spend my money at an in person theater when the experience at home is so much better. It’s a shame that this is the situation this theater is in, but I will not...
