If i could give half a star, i would, but I can only do 1 full star.... This place was not what i expected at all.. they did not wanna honor the price that is listed online. Because supposedly for 3 years the new company has been trying to get the old company to change everything on the website. So that was thwir excuse for the price change. And for the price change you stull get the same amount of stuff included in the party.. it says you have choice of colors for the kids party but only colors they had were black and white... i called morning of party was told they had helem for balloons to be aired up, we get there and they says oh we dont have any.... the whole place was dirty and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks.. Caribbean hooks were broke and or not even fastened to some of their equipment the kids played on... their foam mats werent on the edges like they are suppose to be... thwir booths are long booth with 1 way in and out so if the end person or whatever needs out everybody on that side has to get out... to have a separate rooms or additional booths you have to pay extra. A lot of the workers were not happy people to be there.. they didnt acknowledge my child going on the drip slide that she started to get freaked out the higher she went and instead of him stopping it he just continued to pull her up more. I had to tell him 3 times to stop the damn thing. So that pissed me off to for you to acknowledge kids when they are clearly scared of going up too high or whatever it may be... im not happy one bit spent $406 and was not worth it in my opinion... oh and on top of that because the manager didnt want to have a discussion with my sister and kept ignoring her she had her removed by the cops instead of just being a manager and fixng the problems and talk like and adlut... will not be going back to that place...

So I drove with my family about 55 miles across the valley to get to Gravity Zone here. Have to admit the place was nice and seemed to be a great place that we planned to have a birthday party at. We signed up for a 2 hour jump window and had plans on eating at the location as well all 16 of us. While in line to order we are ordering and general manager took order and advised me that they have a large party that ordered 30+ pizzas or whatever and I said okay what is the wait going to be if we order 2 pizzas and she asked the cook and told us no more than 45 minutes. Well that 45 minutes turned in to 90 minutes and we had hungry kids who now we're out of jump time and hungry with no food. No one this whole time gives us any update as to our order. I ask for an update about 60 minutes in and was told you have not got your food as I respond nope, no apology l and sounds like they forgot about my order, not clear. Never got to see the GM who took my order again to voice my opinion. Michael the assistant manager came to appoligize for the whole situation after the fact but offered nothing as far as any compensation for the mess and wait when I paid 55$ for pizza and wings. I was to upset to talk to anyone because I would have possibly lost my temper. The whole situation could have been a much better experience had they or any management showed that they cared about their guests besides the large party is all they cared about is what it seemed. Was over all just a horrible experience at this place only because we planned to have dinner there and dinner may have never showed up if I did not go up after an hour to find out where my order was. Very upsetting and not good when you have hungry kids...

2023 EDIT: Hosted a birthday party for 10 eleven year old kids today. Pizza was average. Facility has had some incredible upgrades to the play structures. Wasn't overly crowded. Restrooms were clean. Party host was friendly and helpful at beginning of 3 hr party but was hard to locate during middle of party. Once I found the soda refill area, I was happy to refill our 3 pitchers myself. Twice.

After I asked her to bring out the cake, she then asked if she should prepare our final bill. We had prepaid for the entire party, so aside from the 3 pitchers of soda that were an add on, i wasnt sure what there was to prepare, lol. She quickly returned and explained what I already knew "I didnt realize you had already prepaid for the whole party" . She did offer some free Icees in exchange for the unused Skywalk add-ons I had prepaid, so that was nice and appreciated. The handwritten gratuity suggestions were not appreciated, however. "15% for Good service, 20% for Great service, or 25% for Awesome service" handwritten on the final bill that she prepared. Here's $20 for your 3 hours of time that likely included about 30 mins to set up our table and another 30 mins you spent doing things like refilling our soda pitcher one time and bring out our cake and some additional plates. We cleared nearly all of our trash ourselves. She was a lovely girl, but I'm not providing a tip based on our total spend at the facility when she had little to do with the $400+ spent.

Overall, the kids had a great time. It wasn't too costly for services provided. I would recommend.

First time visitor here! We went on a Tuesday evening and had free rein of the place. We only had a limited amount of time, so made sure to at least do the Skywalk. To qualify, you have to complete the rock wall to prove you have the upper body strength to complete the course. Once you start the skywalk you can't give up or turn back. If you fall, you have to pull yourself back up onto the course and continue on. That's a little intimidating, so I began nervously. After the first 3 sections I began to question my life choices. It's not for the faint of heart! Many of the challenges move beneath you. I tackled all ten sections of the course carefully, and it took me a good 45 minutes. It can be completed much faster with practice, but I was proud of how well I did! It included things like a balance beam, tightrope walking, leaping from swing to swing, and platform to platform, a zipline, etc. If you have the chance and love thrill activities, give this one a shot! They also have the leap of faith (where you jump from a platform to try and grab a punching bag looking thing), an inverted ramp that allows you to feel like you're free falling, trampolines, foam pits, and many other activities. Wish we could've spent more time there, but we were sore enough as it was! We've had many people express interest in coming next time they visit! Please come out with a monthly rate like a gym membership!
