Will you still love this place when the other employees work there but they all left and some of the people that were they replace them with a rude snotty think they know more than you and when you do know more than them they try to argue with you the girl in particular that works here call herself a manager is extremely rude impolite I don't go to this GameStop anymore I either go to the mall or I'll order it offline I don't even send my friends there anymore I send them to the mall it's a shame that this GameStop has went to waste like that used to be a great place to go and I used to get great service and they know us by name and now I don't get that service anymore I don't even know if I'm going to renew my power up program anymore either which I've had for years it's just a shame how this Corporation can get rid of such intelligent people for people that don't even know what they're talking about there's probably about three people in that building who know what they're talking about and I'm telling you that girl is not one of them she...

Good store, knowledgeable workers. Just came in for an old game use to play and the disc was corrupted, looked at the underneath under my lamp and could see scratches to death. Managed to get a brand new version in replacement, thank you. But one thing I did notice, is that the prices are different between store and online. Game said it was $9 new on their website but came in and it was like $30, and it was used. And I did come back recently for a game controller for my laptop, so far it's been working great but I have noticed that the controller is sensitive with the rt and lt buttons, and sometimes on games like Fallout it'll move me away from the tab I'm on which can be annoying but its a refurbished controller so that's expected for something...

I will start off by saying the staff are wonderful, this review has nothing to do with my interactions with employees of this GameStop. GameStop as a company however, is terrible. Pitiful trade in values, I stopped trading games in years ago. Went in today to purchase a copy of Little Dragons Cafe and pre-owned with no original case it's $34.99. That's the very same price they would offer if it did have it's case and artwork. Online I can purchase this game brand new for the same pricew free shipping. Many games and consoles you can find much cheaper from other sources. There is absolutely no reason to shop at GameStop. Save your money and go elsewhere. Sell your own games on eBay and get their actual value rather than be scammed by...
