Updating previous 2 star review below. Did find a few more padded benches so bumping up to 3 stars. Still needs more comfortable options s for waiting parents that don't involve sitting against hard walls or against metal railing. Would be 2.5 stars if I could. For kids playing here it's really pretty cool (could be 4 or 5 stars) Lots of fun stuff. For parents wanting to just hang out while kids play...its 1 star at best. There are only 3 padded benches we could find to sit on (2 against walls) and the other large onein the center has no back rests. All other seating is hard metal chairs around or near the snack bar or open spots at an empty picnic table (also no back rests or padding) but you are also sitting right under the overhead play area with extremely loud banging/clanking of the safety lines used by kids above. Bring earplugs or headphones. They did have 2 of those massage chairs, but that's extra $$ to use those. The other trampoline places are really nice and comfy for waiting parents so I don't mind taking the kids there often. Probably won't come back to this one again though for these reasons. Most of the teenagers working there were more interested in hanging out in groups than actually working. The snack bar tables next to me were left dirty the whole time I was there even though there were plenty of staff milling around chatting. Tried to spot an adult or other manager but didn't see any.

Update again: Unfortunately, I need to update my review again. After trying out the membership I cannot endorse this company. Beware if you join as a member, they will make you pay for a full year (would not even work with me after Covid happened and I didn't want to bring my kids to this germ filled place). And then they make it ridiculously difficult to cancel your membership. Update: Unfortunately, I need to update my review. We have been here numerous times now and unfortunately the service by employees is not always great. Employees cannot be found to help with climbing, ropes course and zip line. Also, you can rarely get help at the snack bar. Because of these issues I have to lower it to 4 stars instead of 5. We had a great time here! The kids loved the zipline, climbing walls, obstacle course and trampolines. So much better than Get Air in Kaysville! They have way more things to do. Price is for 3 hours. So even though it is pricier it is for longer and more to do. Also, the parent pass is only 5.99 so parents don't have to pay the full amount. Or it's free for parents to watch. You do need to buy their socks for 2.50 each but they let us trade our Get Air socks in for their socks for free. I highly recommend! Several employees made our day and helped our little guy be brave on the zip line and ropes course.

We are looking for a place to host a birthday party and decided to check this place out, here are my thoughts. 1. The waiver website is not user friendly. The third time I typed in my info I didn’t care that it was incorrect because I thought it would erase it again. 2. It is twice as expensive as other trampoline parks but half the size. It doesn’t help that most of the park is only for those paying for the ultra pass and nowhere does it say what the difference in tickets is. Also some of the attractions were closed and have been for some time going off the state of the signs. 3. It is dark inside, possibly in an attempt to hide how gross the floors look, but it makes it a little harder to keep track of your kids. 4. One of the trampolines probably should have been out of order but wasn’t. It was coming apart at the seam, while the hole wasn’t too big it made me concerned about the safety in general. 5. Not much in the way of seating for parents, the massage chairs randomly make very loud beeping noises when sat in without paying. 6. My kids had fun but both decided our usual trampoline park is way funner.

Let me start with saying this place can be really fun. Establishment is great and well built. Currently they are under staffed for the amount of people they have playing here today. In addition to the fact that the current staff is rude and has no manners at all. There was only one gentlemen in everybody here that had any manners and did try. We ordered a family pack (2 pizza and 4 drinks). After an hour of not getting our stuff we went up to the counter and asked why and if we could have at least our drinks. They gave us our drinks and said there was only a couple more pizzas in front of us and was sorry about the wait. A little frustrated but we understood left and continued to wait. 2 hours went by and I went up again to ask again what was going on, where a red headed boy came up and asked me what I wanted. I let him know we had been waiting 2 hours and his next words were very rude "we have birthday parties that come before you." This clearly set the foundation of the way this conversation was going to go. I said "that is fine but it has been 2 hours and an hour ago I was told by the guy standing next to him that there was only a couple pizza's ahead of us." His reply then was "well we ran out of pizza sauce. Not our fault." So I repied "with not mine either." (FYI I would have been fine if anyone would have said something or even had manners when I came up to ask about it). So he then said "well I guess we can refund you" and of course I said "well yeah that is a 50 dollar bill." There is many more things I can say happened while we were here including over paying from the start, kids touching things they weren't suppose to and no worker around to handle it, but this was just the topper of frustration for me and sadly have to admit for a fun center the employee do not make it fun. This gentlemen in particular should not be working here with the way he talks and treats people. I understand more than most it is hard to be overwhelmed but simply said it is a fun center. People literally only go there to let lose and have some fun. So if your employees can not be part of the enjoyment then they should...

We've had numerous birthday party celebrations here for my kids. Compared to Rush and Fat Cats this is what my kids prefer. They have so much more fun and there are so many options on fun things to do. We went a few months ago and we actually didn't have the best experience. We were kicked off one of the party tables cause they were "reserved" for birthday parties only, even though there were many empty tables & they were closing soon & we were just trying to eat the pizza we ordered. There wasn't much room or tables to eat on by the food area. Anyways we quit going for a while cause some of the kid workers were kind of rude that time. Fast fwd a couple months gone by and my family decided to go again this past Saturday 9/9 because it was my step daughters bday & we had some free passes (from the bday parties we had there). The new manager Breck was super nice & amazing to us when we got there. She even gave my step daughter a birthday shout out & upgraded her basic pass for us. We noticed some changes, they added more tables for us to eat without reserving a birthday party there. That was much appreciated since we had 7 kiddos with us. The pizza was good and the service was amazing. Breck made sure to check on us & made sure the adults were having fun too. She was pleasant and definitely showed us the place was under new management. You can tell she's trying to make the place the best it can be. We will definitely be returning for my son's birthday. Thank you Breck for all you did. You gave memorable service and treated us like we mattered. I also noticed when other kids were getting checked in alone or just getting dropped off for a party she made sure to let them know some rules & advised them they were safe and couldnt take off or leave the building until they had someone there to pick them up. I thought that was awesome of her to go above and beyond to make sure her young guests were safe. We will see you again...

terrible service. Sierra Silva refused to allow me and my kids into the area simply because our socks weren't the right kind. the get out passes specify only socks are needed, not special jumping socks. then she told me urban air socks were required at 3.75 each. she conveniently uncovered a sign that stated urban air socks were required that was covered before and on the other end of the counter, after I had already driven 30 minutes to get there after reading get outside site that specified only socks, not special socks, eere required. I have been with my kids 10 or so times before and no one ever told me I had to have special urbanbaid socks. this was after I already cashed out my get out passes only minutes before. she provided no help or solutions other than to ask me and my 3 daughters to leave. this place doesn't care about service or fun. extremely rude and seems like some bait and switch is going on. olus, it seemed like she had her kids or cousins working there.. they were no help whatsoever.. just sitting there on their phones ignoring customers as they would walk in. no service whatsoever. go anywhere else. plenty of tramp parks in the area that care about customers. We just went up the street to fly high trampoline Park. much better service. we needed socks but they worked with me on them and they are cheaper than urban air and didn't require their specialized socks. they also didn't want to charge me and extra 11 dollars per person to have full access. cost for fly high, 9 bucks all 3 kids, not each. cost for urban air, 45 dollars. avoid urban air. plus, urban air charges you taxes. fly high prices include taxes, apparently. I paid for the special socks for fly high because their service was good and they didn't force my kids out the door simply for having the wrong socks. happy to accommodate good service and even oay extra for it. when service is bad, then customers will get upset...
