Mr. Smoke College Park — Attraction in College Park

I just purchased a hookah from this place yesterday, I thought it was kind of strange that they sold me the display one and took it apart and put it in the box. So I paid around $80 for the hookah and accessories. I got home and one particular hoses wouldn’t stay in the hole, but I just held it for most of the time I was using it. I was thinking since the part wouldn’t stay in is why I wasn’t getting the full amount of smoke. I skimmed the hose and noticed it was a slit in the hose. I called today to informed them and basically they said it’s nothing they can do since it’s “used”. How the the heck would I have known unless I used it to find a slit on a clear hose?! I’m pissed off and then they go to say that they don’t have a corporate. I’m so tired of the rinky dink companies taking our hard earned dollars and no one to fix their mistakes...

The selection is outstanding, things I've never seen before! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, understanding, open minded, they rolled with what I was looking for and made it work for me. These guys provided an excellent experience in every way and I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I've been to over 50 tobacco and "head shops", this is top 3. I'd go back in a heartbeat, and if I come back to the area I KNOW where my first stop would be! I would especially suggest this place to people looking for more than normal tobacco shops stuff. Also if you're in your own areas medical marijuana program, this place is a must see. I'm in my states program and they helped me understand how to relate the piece to what I medicate with. They kept it real with me and were just spectacular, I trust they'll take just as good...

I've been to a lot of these smoke shops and usually it's the 'smoke' that comes before the 'shop'. It'll be filled with stoners who are just there because they need weed money. This establishment is the exact opposite. Great, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who are more than willing to help out even the newest of newbies. I came in for just a cheap grinder and a small bowl and was shocked to see the massive selection they had just for cheap one hitters and pipes. Of course there were plenty of other, more expensive and advance devices but they had exactly what I needed. I've seen shops come and go from that block, but this one I have a strong sense will be around...
