EDITED: to clarify from the owners reply - I pointed out to your husband that night that majority of chairs provided had hair on them which I pointed out to him every chair had hair on them which he replied “ talk to Deniseabout it” so I don’t appreciate you or your husband lying about what I showed him. Also I have NEVER receive any reimbursement for cleaning supplies, to be specific there were about 10 generic Clorox wipes left in the bottle when I rented out a room for 88 people.. and I rented a room that I paid 450 dollars for which is the price they told me that was left in a complete mess when I got got. Drywall dust everywhere/ hair and also holes in the floors in the back corner of the room and no electrical outlet covers were installed. All I wanted was an apology which doesn’t take 4 days to do that. and I shouldn’t have to clean up other renters boldly functions in a public restroom. Hire cleaners** Beautiful room but ran poorly. We came to set up chairs and tables that they provided to find them covered in hair(long black hair and black hair trimmings 🤢) and old cake/food crusted on them. There was so much hair that after we cleaned and took everything down we found hair on my balloon arch.. Took my mother a hour an half of cleaning every chair, had to go buy more cleaning supplies because the ones they supplied were half empty. Denise said she would reimburse but here I am a week out with no one reimbursement of any kind. They also expect you to clean the communal bathrooms with other renters? Upon check out I also relayed that the next door renters were very rowdy(banging on the wall and letting kids run into our party multiple times) so they could have feedback that this could be a issue and I didn’t even receive a text back or apology. Did my daughters Bridal Shower here. The room was exactly what we needed and wanted. 12 out of 10!!! Definitely would use this facility again. Quick responses from the girls there. Great price!

Tables and chairs provided for you to set up as you please. Set up and tear down is your responsibility. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towel, brooms and wet swiffer are also some things provided to clean up with. You clean your own mess in your room, and all is well. Bathrooms were also very clean.

Everyone loved it. There is 2 things that a few people complained about and that was Parking, ( which there was 2 other showers there that day) and the other thing was the elevator! We were on the 3rs floor, I It's slow and noisy and a bit dated.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here on January 4th. I am very happy that we chose the Van Buren. For us, the most appealing thing about it was that it is really a blank slate and you are able to totally make it your own. We found that a lot of other venues dictated decor/caterers/DJs/etc. - with the Van Buren, everything was up to us!
