Boardman Movies 8 — Attraction in Boardman

I received horrible customer service today. I have been coming to this movie theater since I was a child and never was treated so disrespectful. I came to the movies today with my family on 5/1/25 we spent $20 on tickets and I got chocolate and a Gatorade after the movie I was thirsty and all I wanted was a cup of ice water. The guy told me that if I didn’t purchase anything I couldn’t have water I still have the cup. I said well, I threw the Gatorade bottle in the trash when I walked out of the movie.’ cause I don’t leave trash in movie theaters I have the receipt in my hand and he still wouldn’t give me water saying that they don’t make much money I told him well that’s ridiculous because my family comes here all the time and we just spent $26 And I said we were gonna come back and see another movie. He would’ve made 40 something dollars just off of us today And I said I’m not coming back now for the next movie and he said bye Felicia so I said bye Karen and I walked out this man never got his name, but he has long hair and a ponytail. Clean and in excellent condition. I have not set foot in this theatre since I saw the Disney animated The Little Mermaid. You cannot lift the arms of the seat, I am very large and I fit. The screens are excellent the theatre is clean the bathrooms are probably the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in Trumbull or Mahoning county. Management and staff are friendly. 4$ a ticket for movies that just left the theatre. 15$ for a large bucket of popcorn with one free refill and 2 large drinks. They serve coke products! Drink refills are a dollar. My favorite part is that you can walk in and sit wherever you want and I have yet to encounter a crowd or delinquents . 12$ for three to see a movie no hidden fees but if you pay with debit card it’s 50 cents and that is for a matinee and for a movie in the evening. Way better than paying 42$ or more to see a movie anywhere else. The only negative thing I can say is the parking lot is faded if you already are not capable of parking this may not be the place for you or maybe it is, find out...

There was something wrong with the projector and the screen was so dark that you could barely see the movie. I went out and told them but nothing changed. Total waste of time and money. At least it wasn't very much money!

They did offer a refund (if we left) but that didn't solve the problem and I would have felt like a cheapskate asking for $4 back. It was more the idea I had drives 45 minutes from my home in PA and tied up an afternoon and not enjoyed the movie.

Thankfully it literally released the next day on Paramount+ and I got to see it...
