They sold me a STOLEN SWITCH. Police came for me 2 months later. Gamefence replaced it with a new one. That would be fair, before you consider the customers are being questioned on felony charges, while Gamefence's corporate side probably isn't even aware of the depth of federal crimes involved. Don't buy anything over $200 unless you enjoy letting it go, and proving purchase, before the jail bracelets snap on. 2 stars for the 2 employees (no managers) dealing with me later, way outside their pay grade. Went for my 6yr old who just got a WII console. Staff was helpful, polite. I understand it's an older game system but they had no selection for preowned. That, accd. To the site said they did. Next day went to Newburgh location & was by far amazed at the size of store. The selection of WII games, accs. & things on clearance too!
