We've been to a few of these, and the formula is pretty similar at all of them. Of course lots of different jumping areas, some sort of climbing area (like a climbing wall or "ninja course"), dodge ball, and other things to make each one slightly different. The truth is, overall the activity part of each one is pretty similar, so the difference is all in the experience. My personal feeling about the experience here is pretty unimpressed. First impressions are everything, and this place is so hard to find. We were in the parking lot, right next to the place and it was hard to spot. The sign is tiny, and not extremely legible at a glance as you're moving through the parking lot. Secondly, this is a crowded shopping center and parking sucked. We found a place to park practically on top of Sandy Lake Rd and headed inside. The front counter and entry area were clean and well staffed, and the people up front were pleasant and friendly. The girl up front told us where to go for the party we were attending and we headed back. This is the part where I started to notice the difference between this tramp park and many others. The birthday boy's mom was left to herself to sign the kids in and hand out the wrist bands for kids attending the party - why wasn't there an employee there to do that? Every other place does that for you, including the one where we had a birthday party for our kid. Next, we went to watch our child play and I was stuck first by how cramped the layout is, getting around in this place is tough and somewhat awkward, with tight walkways leading up to the play areas in front and back. If there was a need for people to evacuate the play area quickly, it would be a disaster. Then, I noticed that there were no employees monitoring what was going on in the play area. There were plenty of people in the front, in the concession area in the rear (more on that) but not one person watching the kids playing. Meanwhile, there are big kids and little kids running around, ignoring the posted rules. So, the concession stand - very strange as you must go to the front to order and pay, and then go all the way to the rear to get your order. Also, there isn't much to speak of as concessions go anyhow. Soft drinks, candy, and a few machines that dispense more candy and some strange ice cream thing. Overall, it's not a great experience. Any other trampoline park has the same attractions, with better supervision and easier movement around the play area. The party was okay, but I can't say that I'd spend my own money to go back. There's one right up Sandy Lake in Grapevine that's much better, and a new one in Lewisville that's also quite nice. Save your money here and try one of the others in the...
Read moreMy daughter and her friends had a horrible experience at this location today. After being there for only 30 minutes the children wanted to get something to drink. Being that concessions at urban air are extremely overpriced. They went somewhere else. Before leaving they asked an employee if they could re enter. They were told yes (African American girl with braids, would not give her name when asked) upon returning they were approached by the assistant manager (African American with an afro, again would not provide her name) and told they could not re enter. Keep in mind there is no signage regarding this which is was prompted them to ask. My daughter called me to advise of what happened, I asked her to put the manager on the phone. I spoke with Taylor who advised me that it is on the waiver that there is no re entry. I then asked Taylor could the girls wait inside for their ride. She said Yes. I want to touch base on another point of my conversation with Taylor about them re entering, she said she told them no. Keep in my mind I have already stated it was another employee, my daughter told her she was told yes. Taylor then said maybe the customer was responding. Why would the customer respond to a question that was asked to your employee? That was a sorry excuse. Moving along to their ride arriving, (father of one of the girls) he comes in and asks to speak with the manager. He ask for a copy of the waiver which Taylor states she can not provide. She also tells him it does not state anything about re entry on the waiver. Now remember she told me it did. So it’s established that Taylor is a liar. Why the father is attempting to have a conversation with the manager the police were called. There were no threats, no commotion. So why were the police called? So Taylor was weaponizing the police.. which is rampant in her culture. There was no danger present. She was caught in a lie and can not do her job properly. I also asked for the corporate number while on the phone and young lady with the braids told me I could it up and walked away. Urban air I hope you deal with...
Read moreUrban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell is a prime example of incompetence and disorganization at its finest. From the moment we booked our party, it was evident that there was a glaring disconnect between this location and the individuals responsible for party coordination.
Despite making commitments during the booking process, it quickly became apparent that this location had no intention of honoring them. For instance, we had ordered 7 pizzas for our event, and confirmed by the Corporate Office staff that we can place additional orders at the location if required. Upon arrival we were told that they could not add any more. It took an absurd amount of back-and-forth just to secure 7 pizzas, leaving us stressed and flustered right before our guests were set to arrive. This level of unprofessionalism is simply inexcusable. Total lack of co-ordination between the staff at the Coppell location and their Corporate office staff who gives a call to confirm the pizza orders.
But the grievances didn't stop there. Despite completing the online waiver process, a supposed time-saving measure, our guests were forced to endure the tedious task of filling out waivers again upon arrival. This not only wasted valuable time but also rendered the online waiver system utterly pointless. Why at all share a link if you do not honor the online process?
This blatant disregard for customer convenience and satisfaction is appalling. It's clear that Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell is more concerned with cutting corners and maximizing profits than providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for its patrons.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this chaotic mess of a facility at all costs. There are plenty of other venues that actually value their customers and uphold their commitments. Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell has failed miserably in delivering on its promises and deserves to be held accountable for its gross...
