Have had many poor experiences here. I had yet another blood boiling visit today. The "manager" aaron has ZERO social skills, and a really bad attitude. I have had horrible interactions with him prior to today but never got worked up enough to leave a review. Every time I interact with this guy he is insulting and condescending towards me, he acts like he is just so vastly superior to anyone else on the planet. When I asked him why he has a habit of treating people so poorly, He responded in his usual way and angrily demanded I leave. He puffed up as if he was going get physical with me so I let him know in an even tone and without swearing (too much) that I would be just fine handling it anyway he would like. He then attempted to turn it around and claim that I threatened him! Then, in true spineless bottom feeding fashion he called the Police. I attempted to explain to him that they wouldn't do ANYTHING due to the fact that I broke no laws.    Read moreCame in last Saturday to use my warranty on my headphones. Manager told me he didnât have any in stock and said heâd have it shipped in the next 2-4 days. Later we got a notification that the order had been cancelled and we were not charged even though we didnât pay. So we basically lost my headphones and warranty due to them not having any in stock. We later went back to the game stop to ask about it and the employee said he didnât know anything about how to fix it and come back the next day to try again. A couple days later I finally get my headphones back but it didnât come with a box or receipt or anything like that. It came in a bag saying it was pre owned and when I took it out i could see scuffs on the edges of the headset and the fabric that sits on top your head was dirty. I cleaned the entire headset and tested it. The sound worked fine and the mic was fine too. I had only been waiting 5 minutes and it wasnt an issue until these people decided to hang up on me! đ¤ i literally had to call 4 more times before I could reach anyone. They just let it ring and i believe a couple of my calls were even rejected. If the manager reads this i hope they do the gamers of Danville a favor and fire whoever worked that day because they are disgraces to the world of customer service! I no longer recommend buying anything from this place because you probably won't find good deals considering theyre actually desperate enough to hire these types of "workers". Absolutely...
