Had an INCREDIBLE experience making custom hats! Jenna has a phenomenal eye, works quickly, and I felt like she truly cared about making sure my hat captured me. It was surprisingly affordable as well, which made it possible to create a hat that was exactly what I wanted rather than having to make sacrifices due to how expensive the decor would be. We went with a group for a bachelorette trip, and would highly recommend!! Jenna & her family also delivered our hats to where we were staying so that we could leave & continue our bachelorette activities instead of just waiting for things to be finished up glueing - one of many ways they delivered top notch customer service during our experience. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! THANK YOU...

Came for a bachelorette party and had a fantastic experience! They opened up the store early to accommodate our group. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Prices are reasonable, service is personal, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There’s lots of beautiful and tasteful things to browse while waiting on your hat in a bigger group (vintage clothing in a wide range of sizes, vintage jewelry and watches, stationary, cards, clothing, art, and more!)
