Ninja Electronics — Attraction in Dormont

When I visited their downtown location, I was met with rude, condescending and pushy workers who harassed me about my looks and tried to bully me into selling my phones, one of which was not for sale. I told them repetitively that it wasn't for sale even when things got awkward the worker would not give up. When I told him I was leaving another worker insulted my hair. I told them I would give them a negative review, and I did. They confronted me repetiviely about my review and told me they were not sorry for my treatment because "they want to have fun". This place is unprofessional and rude, let me give you an example of the last thing they said to me, "Ummmm, Isabel how about you stop being such a sour-puss.Your sucking the fun out of the atmosphere. Also, we have been in business since 03 [their website says 2005]. We have purchased 1000's of phones with our attitude. Thanks for the business and I recommend you start shopping a walmart. Walmart specializes in letting anybody shop there!" So yeah, if you like being treated disrespectfully and being a joke for the customers amusement, shop here. I will never give them...

I sold a MW3 Xbox there a few months ago and today I figured I'd go back in and see if it was still there, I was going to buy it back because "seller's regret" had set in and it really had been my favorite console that I've owned out of the many I've had over the years.

Needless to say when I got to the store I found out that my trusty old 360 had gone to a new home recently, which kinda bummed me out.

That's when Sam and Co. turned my frown upside-down, they sold me a sick snow-white glossy Xbox Slim, matching matte-white wireless controller, 500GB HDD (new in box), CoD: Ghosts, and a $15 Xbox card...all for a price that made my jaw hit the floor.

If you see bad reviews on here they're either from people who dealt with the old management or they're just plain miserable because this is the third time I've been there and I've always been treated well and with respect, and I've never seen those guys act unprofessional in any way at all.

If you're looking for new electronics, movies, games, etc., check these guys out and you won't be...

This place is such a rip off...they will explain to you why they are ripping you off..."oh you paid $120 for the ipod, well we can offer you $5, we need to make a profit as well and you see this cosmetic damage (a knick on the back a mm wide and 3 mm long) that takes the value down" I obviously didn't sell it but the same ipods are in there counter for $60-$75...its insulting! I've been a customer on and off over the last 10 years or so, they weren't bad when it was MIB but they have been on a steady decline yr after yr...my advice...save yourself a trip downtown: go to eBay, find the lowest price for what your going to sell (regardless of any accessories you have on your item) and take 25% of that price...if it's not mint condition then drop that price by half and you can stay at home and and be aggrevated instead of being insulted in the store. This establishment is catering to criminals who boost (retail theft) and will take any price offered because they have nothing invested in the products there...
