I recently went through a devastating heartbreak, blindsided by someone I thought truly cared for me. My friend, seeing how much I was hurting, decided to take me to her place so I wouldn’t have to be alone. On the way, we stumbled upon a new spot that had opened just five months ago—Top Boba in Frisco.

The moment we walked in, I was immediately impressed. The place is adorable—clean, well-decorated, and with a cool, urban vibe. The black walls with LED lights added a sleek touch to the atmosphere. The woman working there was incredibly welcoming. She gave us a warm greeting, took the time to explain the menu, and even offered samples of their in-house ice cream. Let me tell you—this ice cream was amazing. It was incredibly creamy, and the coffee and coconut flavors were absolute standouts!

I was torn about what to order and was looking for a slush. The woman recommended a coconut taro slush with tapioca, and I’m so glad I went with it. The tapioca was perfectly fresh and soft—clearly, they take pride in their craft. With over 20 years of experience, it’s clear they’ve mastered the art of boba.

As I chatted with her, I shared a little about my situation. She was so kind and supportive, offering comforting words about moving on from someone who didn’t deserve my time. Then, to my surprise, she brought me a cup of my favorite ice cream—coffee flavor—telling me karma would take care of things. Her gesture honestly brought me to tears; it was such a thoughtful, heartwarming moment that made me feel truly heard.

We have been long-time customers of Sarah and her husband, and we were very happy when we found out she was opening up the Frisco location. Every drink I've had has always been impeccable. You literally can't go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu. I personally recommend the Coconut Milk Tea, Horchata Smoothie, Matcha Smoothie, Summer Latte, and the Kiwi Smoothie (my actual favorite) They even use actual Kiwi chunks in it! Another huge plus is that they can adjust the sweetness and coffee levels of ANY drink, most taste amazing even with a lower sugar level. The ice cream is otherworldly delicious and made in-house by them. All of the flavors are amazing, and they range from kiwi to coffee. Definitely give them a try, and if you're hesitant, they, very kindly, offer small samples. They also have macaroons available, and most of the flavors we've tried have been quite nice. The variety they carry is amazing, so you're definitely bound to find something you'll love. All in all, do not hesitate to stop by. You will be warmly greeted and handed a menu, while Sarah offers to explain all of the things you can change up. You will leave a very happy camper with the best boba you've ever had.

The location its convenient and located in a small shopping area; perfect place to patronize during the day. Also lovely to visit during the night time for a late night sweet treat. Lobby is nice, clean, and menu/signage is clear to see.

Some items to try would be the Cereal Crush ice cream, Cereal Crush Smoothie, and any of the butterfly tea’s (my favorites are the Kiwi and Watermelon flavors personally). The macaroons they offer are assorted aesthetically, fresh, and tasty.

Top Boba is called such for a reason; they provide speedy, phenomenal customer service with a smile and always make sure the customer is satisfied with the product.
