Family run business with high quality "scrath and dent" appliances with large discounts from the price in the big box stores, as well as all the machines have been tested and gone through to make sure they are working properly and functioning as they should. A dryer I purchased had a problem 7 months after buying it, in which I don't believe was caused by either party, and without hesitation the owner checked out the problem, and immediately started preparing another dryer to replace mine. This family owned and operated business was outstanding to work with from communication to quality product, we won’t buy an appliance from anywhere else again.

The 5 year warranty is a deal that can’t be matched and was the Cherry on top of our experience buying our washer dryer.

I couldn’t recommend this business more and am telling all of our friends and family to skip the big box stores and go with a local business that delivers a better product, has a better sales team, has a better warranty, and goes the extra mile to guarantee their product is right for the customer!

This was the closest scratch and dent appliance store to Wichita Kansas. Only a 15 drive on the highway. Completely worth taking the time to look here first...would highly recommend you do. They had the latest models and they even had the exact model I looking for! Customer service was wonderful, they checked their incoming truck stock and could confirm model and color before it arrived to the showroom. They answered all my questions.
