Teresa's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Greenwood

This is one of these locations I really wish I could give it no stars. Teresa moved here from across the way and she's in my opinion very unsociable and very rude and incompetent individual and I just don't particularly care to deal with her. She's rude to her customers and I don't think she really cares and I understand she's even opening another shop. That way we can be rude to more greenwood at one time. Of all the homework shops around this would be the least of the one that I would ever ever go into. Small brother staff aren't very friendly either and obviously she doesn't care so she doesn't make them care. I normally come here to grab a last minute gift, but tonight will be my last based of the customer service I experienced with PAIGE. Her back was turned the opposite direction from the checkout so I kindly asked, was the register open. She turned around with a look of her having an attitude because I asked. She then said “hold on” proceeded to turn her back and continued to try and fit some kind of toy back in the packaging. When she came to the register there was no hi, how are you, sorry about that, did you find everything ok? I mean no words spoken at at. Oh my goodness! Absolutely LOVED this store. The staff here is so sweet and welcoming as well as extremely helpful. I came in looking for a gift for a family friend who had just lost a parent. The selection at this store is tremendous. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the ladies working here as well, especially after my horrible experience I had just had at Sarah's Hallmark Store. (I will never return there). I found exactly what I was looking for here, the store could not have been more beautiful, the staff could not have been more sweet. They (literally) tied the gift for my friend up with a bow!
