Overall a great experience. I have done over 200 rooms since escape rooms first became a thing and it was just locks and word puzzles or maps. Mariam was a great game master and host.
When it comes to a room a few things make up for a great experience and I think maze rooms hit them all. Doing custom designs and decorations is a must to start the experience off right.
Having the rooms and things follow the storyline so it’s not random puzzles in a themed room that don’t jive or fit.
Having extra rooms, crawl spaces or things that knowing the room you start in isn’t the only thing.
Then sprinkling in some tech is a must so you can have fun a do anything with sensors, unique tech or ways to offer it different than gen 1 rooms with a lockbox.
Overall they hit every mark. I would say the only feedback I have for cyberpunk well it didn’t feel guided much. It was random wondering and throwing out ideas of things to do for it to work. But I won’t deduct any rating because it was a great room and they went above and beyond.
This would be great for anyone from beginners to avid...
Read moreI’ve done a lot of escape rooms of different production levels and this one was pretty middle of the pack. Their set design was really cool and I liked how little they relied on actual combination locks (opting instead for more tactile puzzles) but the reasons it’s 3 stars and not 4 or 5 was because of the actual experience we got. We did the MIS room and it initially seemed like it would be cool, but there were some elements that felt extremely obnoxious and cheesy. It kinda feels like a room that doesn’t have an audience in mind. The puzzles were fun and complex, but the humor and the “entertainment” side of things seemed geared more toward 8-9 year olds. A giant taco that keeps screaming at you until you [do a thing that I’m not gonna spoil]? Making you dance at the end to “save the planet” for what felt like 2 full minutes? It just kind of felt awkward, uncomfortable, and anticlimactic for adults. There were some cool aspects and I had fun during a good chunk of it, but the parts that missed the mark REALLY brought down the overall experience and left me feeling...
Read moreWe visited two escape rooms at this location: Spy Dogs and Cyberpunk Samurai, with a team of six (four kids and two adults). Our all-girls team had an amazing time in both escape rooms.
We started with Spy Dogs, which the kids absolutely loved. It's incredibly fun and cute while also being logical with interesting and creative tasks. You really feel like a Spy Dog to complete the escape successfully. This is a fantastic adventure for kids, and it was perfect for our girls, aged 7 to 9.
Cyberpunk Samurai, on the other hand, is my personal favorite. It's a real adventure with top-notch implementation—decorations, tasks, music, and storytelling are all incredible and thoughtfully crafted. You can tell this escape room was created with a lot of heart and soul. It’s very immersive; I traveled through three different worlds in one game, which is unforgettable. Highly recommend!
The entire location is beautifully designed, making you feel like you're stepping into a magical place. This is probably one of the best indoor activities in...
