Nairi Venue — Attraction in Los Angeles

Very unprofessional! I emailed them to make a reservation because I want to rent their venue for my daughter’s birthday. They told me to call them. When I called no one was answering, so I emailed them again to tell them that I called them but no one picked up the phone. I asked them to call me back on my European number. They replied on my email saying that they don’t make international call. I don’t know if they never experienced making a business internationally, or they’re not aware that a lot of apps like zoom exists now to have a meeting through online and to have a virtual tour of their venue, or they just didn’t want to make an effort. That place ruined my Grandmother 100 years Birthday. When we discussed menu with owner, he did not tell us that it's going to be mostly Armenian food and when we asked him to add something else or replace some salads/entrees - we've been told that everything is going to be very good and food is very tasty, which in reality, was not good at all. A lot of food was left almost untouched because it wasn't tasty. We been provided with only one waiter for planned 25 guests. When it was time for Birthday cake and song, all our two tables were filthy with dirty dishes and plates with food, so our guest started to clean and remove dirty plates from tables themselves. Two years ago today my husband and I had the pleasure of having our wedding at this amazing establishment. I never had the opportunity to talk about how wonderful Sarkis was to us and our guests. He and his employees have great customer service, but he was right when he told us that the food would speak for itself. This is the BEST Armenian Mediterranean cuisine! We finally went back this year to have their incredibly delicious food and it’s even better than we remember. It’s so flavorful, fresh, tender and each bite is heavenly.
