GameStop — Attraction in Memphis

I went in thursday for the release of echos of wisdome and they didnt have it in store yet cause fedex hadnt gotten the shipment. I guess the most recent review wasnt paying attention to the nice guy behind the counter when he said fedex hadnt delivered them yet which is in no way gamestops or the workers fault. The guy was so nice about it and i felt bad for him cause i know he got alot of jerks that day mad at him for something out of his control. On Monday I reserved a game that was on sale for $39.99 on the website to pick up at the store, but did not get a chance to stop by that day. I called Tuesday to make sure that the game would still be reserved for 39.99 even if I wasn't able to pick it up until Wednesday. I was told a note would be made and did not have to reserve the game again. When I arrived Wednesday night to get the game, I was told it was $59.99. I tried to explain the situation, but the website read $59.99 for the game now and they would not sell it to me for the $39.99 price I reserved...

Staff is personable and know what they are talking about. Forget about trying to call in for information though. Every time I've ever tried to call in to ask about something, there is never an answer. I've been put on hold, got in my car, drove to the store, and saw a completely empty store, the whole time being left on hold. Just today I called 5 times and every time my call was ignored. When I went up there, there was nobody in the store. Not a bad place to shop if you are passing by, but you will have to go in person to get any...
