I missed the old Gertz mall. It used to be nice and clean and airy. Now it is like a junky place like a flea market with private stalls with independent sellers. There is a store scales unique which I believe is a thrift store. I personally can't get into a thrift store in this neighborhood. Maybe out of state or Manhattan. There are just so many cheap stores where one can buy new things instead of buying second hand items. Also the streets of the outer boroughs of NYC are paved with second hand items on garbage days. Just have to look around and you can get an item free... They have an African hair braiding place downstairs. This person does a good job. Dis my hair with her 3 times...Also there are restrooms for 'customers' only...and that's good to know because there arent many public bathrooms...
