Initially visited Ahmed on May 9th for a screen replacement. Little did I know I wasted my time and was better off going to Apple. The screen honestly started messing up and glitching the same day of the repair. Unfortunately, I was busy and didn't intend to come back until the following week since he mentioned I had a 30 day warranty. I went back on the 13th, less than a week later. He was not in the shop but had an employee who I thought could assist. Instead, he calls Ahmed who already had an unpleasant tone. At that point I already saw where this was going and knew it was a huge mistake coming here. My husband took over the phone call and it ended up being an argument and a reflection of how unprofessional Ahmed is. Long after we had left his store he actually called and attempted to FaceTime my husband several times, literal harassment. I implore people to go to Apple or a more reputable place.
Update: Ahmed, understand you are speaking to adults. You couldnāt control yourself and thought you could chastise us, which you are still doing, as reflected in your condescending comment. You should respect yourself and your business by conducting yourself in a professional manner, as hard as that may be for you. You had a nasty attitude from the beginning. Upon my timely arrival I had a 40 minute wait before it was my turn only to be told there was no record of my appointment at first. Finally they found it but when I showed them the broken screen, I was told that my firm quote was impossibly low and that if I went ahead it would take about 4 hours. No way was I going to stand for that and googled phone repair places. Techinred, minutes away in The Township of Washington came up and I went straight to them where I was greeted with no waiting, got a repair price lower than the original one I Breaka You Face (or whatever it is) denied and said it would be done in about an hour... and it was. Nice store, congenial manager, next to places for snacks, convenient parking and I got a 90 day warranty....
