I've been coming to this place for about 10 years and over the course of the past 3 years the staff has become more rude and seem like they don't care anymore. I went in there today and the trans person there was very rude and basically was rushing me, I was the only person in the store and then "he" didn't even smile or say hello. I remember this same person from years ago who was very nice at the time and loved to help. I get people have bad days but I was being rushed and they cut me off Everytime I was trying to answer their questions. My son and I go every month (he has a reward membership, so he gets a $5 reward monthly to use towards something), we go here, Barnes&Noble, and then out to dinner for our monthly outing. The staff knows us by name, chats with us, and goes out of their way to treat us well. It's like that at all the locations around us, and we've even gotten to know the employees and manager at another location, so it's really cool and very inclusive. My son certainly always finds something to get there lol.... and it's always pleasant for me while I wait. Customer service is lacking so often anymore, so it's even better how they exceed any expectations, and they do so happily, meaningfully..... I see you, gamestop...
