BUYER BEWARE! I went to buy a pair of Ray Ban Clubmaster Sunglasses while I was in the Magic Kingdom Park since I got an annual passholder discount. They didn't have the ones I wanted and immediately offered to have them ordered for me, and told me they should arrive in 2-3 business days. Shortly after I received an "Order Received" email notification. But, 4 days later I never received even a shipping notification. So, I tried contacting Sunglass hut to find out what was going on with the order... Here's where the BEWARE comes into play! I was told, because I ordered them IN STORE I had to contact THAT STORE to find out what was going on, because Sunglass Hut has no way of finding out what's going on with it! Irked but determined I found the phone number listed for that store and called it... multiple times... to confirm what I was hearing... The number was no longer in service! I called back to Sunglass Hut, and they confirmed that was the number for the store, and it wasn't working for them either... I was told all they could do would be to file a complaint against that store. So, determined to get an answer I tried Disney! Surely they HAD to have a way to contact a store operating on THEIR PROPERTY. After a few transfers through customer service for an answer the long and the short was, "because they're a third party essentially renting a space in their theme park they have no way of getting a hold of that store." So, essentially, that store is OPERATING WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY from either Sunglass Hut, or Disney! Thankfully, it turns out my coworker has family that works for the company that OWNS Sunglass Hut (God I wish I knew this sooner!), and in five minutes she was able to find my order and let me know the order was "open", meaning they're still being made in Italy, and it was actually going to be more like a week to a week and a half, not the 2-3 business days I was quoted... Word of advice... Unless you can walk out of this location with your merchandise in-hand, go...

This is so they can then get the tablet back from you, set it conveniently behind the counter divider where you're not paying attention, and transpose info into the register while also ticking all 4 of the "Yes! Sign me up for offers and promotions!" boxes even if you left them blank on purpose and told them that, and then hit the submit button for you....
