We booked for a family of 4 Thinking it's disney show we had no Doubts but after the show started and progressed we proved ourselves wrong. We paid a total of $215 for premium plus package but it was not at all worth the money. The wristband were simply dummy where as the site falsified the Info about the same. The site mentioned the wristbands are interactive which was not at all. Wristband were only blinking light nothing else. Also the show itself was only the video broadcast of multiple disney characters n the released movie scenes nothing else. We would have never booked it if someone would have made us aware about the same. The show overall was not Disney worth and simply boring for kids. Kids really wanted to get out of it as soon as possible.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOLKS ON THE DISNEY SHOW!!!

As a matter of fact last 1 year reviews posted on Google reviews. 80-90%  of reviews speicifc to disney animation are rated low which are the sheer evidence and prove that 90% of customers who had visited in the last 365 days did not like the disney show. I  did look at the last 1 year data and I am surprised to see others customers experience was likewise. This convinced me that we are not different and this indeed requires improvement. Also it shows the feedback provided by these customers was not taken into the consideration which is pretty sad to see. Any business works on the foundation of customers satisfaction  ,their experience,  feedback and business must work backwards from their customers which is indeed missing here.  I would highly suggest the team who is running this show must look at the customer feedback seriously and work backwards to bring improvement. This will not just help it succeed long term but brings more customers through Word of mouth....

We took our 4 year old grandson to experience the Disney Immersive Experience today. He loves the characters and was looking forward to seeing this show!

It was cool, with the bubbles being his favorite part.

The issues we had came with the complex. The music was far too loud, and although there are shows for sensory kids, our grandson was fine with the music until the extremely loud crescendos. We felt for the size of the room, the increase in decibels was uncalled for and hurtful to his ears!

It would have been nicer to have highlighted more of Walt Disney's classic movies as well. If a smaller selection was highlighted for a little longer time in song, it would have held his attention and ours better. It was often difficult to know where to look in the room, with the screen moving around so much it was difficult to take it all in.

I truly dislike being negative, but this whole experience catered to older children, including the waiting area for the only activity was pictures of how to draw a character, take a picture with a still, or read about animation.

On our way to the venue, we saw a Mickie mouse on the street in front of the M & M store... why couldn't you provide some Disney characters to interact with before or after the show?

Tickets were pricey for what it entailed, plus additional processing fees...

I would suggest ear covers and taking snacks, as the concession stand prices were outrageous! We took our own snacks and water, so it was a good idea to do so.

Overall, I gave it only three stars for the listed issues. The bathrooms are a little bit of a walk outside of the theater,

The staff were friendly enough, but the show could use some adjustments to win over the...

My ticket (booked on their website) had poor directions on how to get there which resulted in me struggling finding the location and arriving late (not all tourists have internet… especially foreigners, think about it). You could have the name of the hotel/shops it’s located in, the floor, the parking directions…. The basics! The ticket also had the following sentence in it ‘Please arrive + / - 20 mins from your event start time’ which can be interpreted differently and misleading on the nature of the experience letting you think that you can arrive 20 mins before or after the start time (that was 2:30pm for me). However what is not said is that it’s a projection with an exact start time and an exact finish time and that it lasts 30mins only, and does not loop around as seen in previous reviews. You are not booking a time slot of 1 hour where you can enjoy the experience on repeat like other experiences. You are booking an EXACT time and it needs to be communicated better. I am very disappointed by this lack of information and consideration for customers, it overall does not align with the price that is asked for a ticket. I have seen 15 mins out of the 30mins, for what I have seen the installation and projection is really beautiful and captivating, too bad it got spoiled...

I don't care how big of a Disney fan you are, this isn't worth the money. The concept and the idea is cool, yeah but not for $28 per person, but it's Vegas so what do you expect. We live here and have done just about everything there is to do for families with littles. I have 5 kids, (however I only took the younger 3, thank goodness) 2 teenage boys, a 10 year old boy, a 4 year old boy and now 2 year old daughter. My daughter loves Mickey, yet there wasn't much of him during the actual showing. It made me wonder if this show is for little kids or adults to relive their childhood. I think they tried to tie in both. Again it was cool, but not worth the money and I kinda feel sorry for those who paid for the premium expierence. Also no notes on where to park or how to access the entrance, smh. It's on the third floor inside the mall btw. Overall, needless to say this expierence is a one and done. The only thing my kids REALLY liked, was the bubbles. We could've done that in the backyard with bubbles from the dollar store. I'm only giving 2 stars because the idea/concept is cool, but could have been so much better. As always, Vegas just likes to take your money, doesn't matter if your a local or not.
