This place is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Went to this shop for a simple bios update for my pc to boot and told him that was the case. He told me that it would be fixed the next day. This was not the case. He had me buy serveral different things saying it was the motherboard was dead even though it was brand new, then when that was not the case he had me buy new ram stating that the ram was dead even when though those were new. He then tried to offer me a different computer to trade for one that was lesser than the one I brought in and I declined know it was a scam. Then I got tired of waiting around over 2 months getting the run around being told that I would be ready the next day. So, I went and got it back from him and was able to get it running the next day by updating the bios on my own. He charged me $100 dollars and did not do a single thing except tell me to buy different parts. Overall this place is a scam and a waste of time. Go to Computer RX down the street for a better experience.
