I came here because it's close to where I live. The prices were a bit much. I pay the same or less in Seattle. I asked the gal to even out my nails and said do not cut them short. I showed her one nail and said can you just keep them this length and even out. She left that one alone and cut all the rest short! Did not listen. Mid manicure she said why did I pick shellac it won't last. She said I needed the dip because this will be gone in a week. Everywhere i have gone and gotten shellac it lasts 3 weeks! Except here. They are very friendly until you tell them that something is wrong and ask them to correct it. They don't take their time and do mediocre work- esp. when they are busy! They don't work well under pressure. I usually find something wrong (crooked nails, acrylic way too thick, sloppy uneven nail polish) after I leave and always have to reshape my nails myself. The only reason why I kept coming here was the convenient location, and they are never busy on weekdays (now I know why).
