Hermitage Gallery — Attraction in Rochester

My sister and I were at your establishment on 12/30/2023 and were enjoying our visit and possible purchase. We were approached by an female employee who promptly told us we were not allowed to take pictures of the artwork. We had not even had our phones out and had no intention of taking photographs in the first place. I'm not sure if she thought she was dealing with idiots but her demeanor was off putting and insulting. Massive art exhibit downtown Rochester. Something like 14,000 square feet. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Pieces collected from around the world. When I went there was a sale going on, prices were marked down substantially, and then there was 50% being taken off after that. Not much available in the under $500 range.
